# デバイスのパスコード、 PIN、またはパターンを使用して1Passwordのロックを解除します

iPhone、iPad、またはAndroidデバイスで1Password のロックを解除するために、デバイスのパスコード、 PIN 、またはパターンを設定して使用する方法について説明します。

### パスコードまたはデバイスのロック解除を設定する

**重要**

パスコードまたはデバイスのロック解除をオンにすると、デバイスのパスコード、PIN、またはパターンを使って1Passwordのロックを解除できるため、推測されにくい強力なパスワードにする必要があります。また、3～6力月ごとなど、定期的に変更する必要があります。

始める前に、iPhone または iPad にパスコードが設定されていることを確認してください。

1. 1Passwordを開いてロックを解除します。
2. 左上にあるアカウントまたはコレクションのアイコンをタップし、［Settings］を選択します。\
   iPadを使っている場合は、サイドバーの上部にあるアカウントまたはコレクションをタップします。
3. ［Security］をタップし、デバイスの手順に従います。

* お使いのデバイスがFace IDをサポートしている場合は、Passcodeをオンにして、［I understand the risks］をタップします。\
  メッセージが表示されたら、［Open Settings］をタップし、［Face ID］をオフにします。
* デバイスがTouch IDをサポートしている場合は、［Allow unlocking with passcode］をオンにします。\
  1PasswordでTouch IDを使用したくない場合は、ヘルプを参照してください。

次回1Passwordのロックを解除するときに、アカウントのパスワードの入力が求められ、その後、デバイスのパスコードを使ってロックを解除できるようになります。

次回1Passwordのロックを解除するときには、アカウントのパスワードの入力が求められ、その後はデバイスのパスコード、PIN、またはパターンでロックを解除できるようになります。

### ヘルプを受ける

[iPhoneまたはiPadでTouch IDを設定している場合](https://support.apple.com/HT201371#setup)は、Touch IDが連続して複数回失敗した場合にのみ、パスコードでロックを解除できます。1Passwordでデフォルトでパスコードの入力を求める場合は、[Touch IDを完全にオフにする](https://support.apple.com/HT201371#manage)必要があります。 

パスコードロック解除をオンにした後、Settingsアプリで1PasswordのFace IDをオンにしたままにしておくと、Face IDが複数回連続して失敗した場合にのみパスコードでロック解除できるようになります。1PasswordのFace IDをオフにするには：

1. Settingsアプリを開きます。
2. 下にスクロールして［1Password］をタップします。
3. Face IDまたはTouch IDをオフにします。

場合によっては、パスコード、PIN、パターンの代わりにアカウントのパスワードを入力する必要があります。

* パスコードが5回連続で認識されなかった場合
* ［Settings］>［Security］>［Confirm my account password］で指定した時間が経過した場合
* パスコード、PIN、パターンを変更した場合
