# Brontoの統合
Optimizely Data Platform (ODP) と Bronto の統合により、顧客と電子メールのアクティビティ データが ODP と同期されます。 ODP は、顧客の電子メールの送信、開封、クリック イベントを自動的にキャプチャし、同時に ODP の洞察と観察を定期的に Bronto に同期します。
両方の機能を利用するには、ODP にデータを送信する統合 ([ODP Bronto Collect アプリ](https://app.zaius.com/?#/directory?pathname=/app/bronto_collect)) とデータを Bronto に送り返す統合 (同期) の両方を有効にする必要があります。
この統合により、過去 30 日間の顧客データ、マーケティング同意データ、電子メール活動データなどのデータが利用可能になります。
ODP が同意ステータスをどのようにマークするかに注目してください。

### 要件
ODP を Bronto アカウントと統合するには、API キーを生成する必要があります。 (Bronto のドキュメントを参照してください。)
REST API ではなく、SOAP API へのキーを生成する必要があります。収集と同期の両方に同じキーを使用する場合は、キーに読み取りと書き込みの両方のアクセス許可が必要です。別のキーを使用するには、収集キーに読み取り権限を設定し、同期キーに書き込み権限を設定します。
### Bronto が ODP にデータを送信するように構成する
1. \[App ディレクトリ] > \[Bronto Collect] > \[アプリのインストール] に移動します。\
2. [Bronto で API キーを生成](https://support.optimizely.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407268566797-Integrate-Bronto#h_357e83cd-e1d0-4d1e-92f2-961240ea5426)し、そのキーを API キー フィールドに挿入します。認証して接続をテストします。\
3. 「履歴インポートの開始」をクリックします。 ODP はデータの同期を開始しますが、数時間はすべてのデータが利用できない場合があります。\
### Bronto にデータを送信する ODP を構成する
ODP Bronto Sync アプリを有効にして、ODP で生成された顧客の洞察、観察、属性をキャンペーンのターゲティングのために Bronto に送信します。
注記
ODP はデータをカスタム フィールドとして Bronto に返します。一部の Bronto アカウントでは、作成できるカスタム フィールドの数が制限されています。 ODP からのデータの同期がこれらの最大値を超える場合、ODP データを正常に同期するには、いくつかのカスタム フィールドを削除する必要がある場合があります。
ODP を使用すると、あらゆる顧客属性、洞察、観察を Bronto に同期できます。統合を構成する場合、ODP はデフォルトの属性セットを提案しますが、属性はいつでも追加または削除できます。
注記
設定から属性を削除しても、Bronto 上のフィールドやデータは削除されません。フィールドを自分で削除する必要があります。
ODP 内のすべての顧客のデータは毎晩電子メールで同期されます。 ODP はブロントで新しい顧客を創出しません。
