# HubSpot Email Syncの統合

HubSpot と Optimizely Data Platform (ODP) の統合により、コンタクトの送信、開封、クリック、バウンス、スパム レポートとともに HubSpot から ODP へのインポートが自動化されます。 ODP は、電子メール アドレスを持つすべての連絡先の初期履歴インポートを実行します。これには、60 日間の電子メール イベント履歴データと、ODP と HubSpot の両方に存在する[カスタム フィールド](https://support.optimizely.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407269395341)が含まれます。

注記

統合がカスタムフィールドの関連付けを認識するには、ODP フィールド名と HubSpot 内部名が一致する必要があります。

最初のインポート後、ODP は最近のキャンペーン活動と新しく作成または更新された連絡先の同期を 1 時間ごとに実行し、連絡先データが最新の状態に保たれるようにします。これらの同期は、作成された追加のカスタム フィールドも認識します。

1. \[統合] > \[HubSpot] に移動します。
2. HubSpot 内の \[統合] ページにある HubSpot ポータル ID と API キーを追加します。
3. 「保存」をクリックします。

HubSpot 設定を保存した後、ODP は最初の履歴インポートを開始します。 ODP の「アクティビティ ログ」ページでインポートの進行状況を確認できます。
