# 顧客プロファイルのエクスポート

顧客情報を顧客プロファイル、リスト、またはセグメントごとに CSV または JSON 形式でエクスポートできます。

### 単一のプロファイルをエクスポートする <a href="#fng3mns3tpmm" id="fng3mns3tpmm"></a>

1. \[顧客] > \[プロファイル] に移動します。
2. Use the search bar in the **Customer Profiles** section to locate the customer.\

   \[顧客プロファイル] セクションの検索バーを使用して顧客を見つけます。
3. \[エクスポート] アイコンをクリックし、含める情報を選択します。\

4. 「エクスポート」をクリックして選択内容を確認し、ファイルをダウンロードします。

1. \[顧客] > \[プロファイル] に移動します。
2. 検索バーを使用して、目的のリストを見つけて選択します。\

### プロファイルのセグメントをエクスポートする <a href="#jnru531m5904" id="jnru531m5904"></a>

1. \[顧客] > \[プロフィール] > \[+ セグメント] に移動します。
2. 検索バーを使用して、目的のセグメントを見つけます。\

3. セグメントをクリックし、「適用」をクリックします。
4. \[エクスポート] アイコンをクリックし、含める情報を選択します。\
